![]() ![]() ![]() So I started the car up, and adjusted the regulator till the it read 7psi on the dot. Within 5 minutes of letting the pump sit and run, it was down to bouncing around between 3 and 5. It started at around 7psi at the gauge, and every 1 or 2 seconds it would bounce down to around 4 and then back up, and slowly fall off. Here's the issue! When I turned the pump on initially, without the car running just the pump, it was bouncing all over the place. ![]() I have no adjusted that, it is still factory set. The bypass system goes straight from the pump and into the fuel cell. I have the fuel pressure gauge mounted on the cowl, and the reading comes from right after the regulator in between the regulator and the line that goes to the rear bowl of the car. Fuel system is as follows:Ĭell to -10line going to pump, straight coupler to Aeromotive filter (red billet one) into -8an that goes to the front of the car and into the Billet Regulator that comes with the Mallory COMP 140 pumps (cause it's what I had on before the Magnafuel pump so I left the regulator on) And then from the regulator it splits into 2 -8an lines to each bowl of the carb. ![]()
